Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all enquiries and bookings made with Sunset Travel & Events.

Our Role

Sunset Travel & Events acts as an independent travel advisor in partnership with InteleTravel. We arrange travel and event bookings on your behalf but do not act as the principal supplier.

Payments

All payments are made directly to the travel supplier or tour operator. Sunset Travel & Events does not hold or process client funds.

Travel Contracts

Your booking contract is directly with the travel supplier or tour operator. Their terms and conditions will apply to your booking and will be provided to you at the time of booking.

Pricing & Availability

All prices quoted are subject to availability and change until confirmed by the supplier.

Changes & Cancellations

Any changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel supplier or tour operator.

Travel Documents

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, passports, visas, and insurance are valid and correct.

Liability

Sunset Travel & Events is not responsible for the acts or omissions of travel suppliers, airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.

Complaints

Any complaints should be raised with the travel supplier in the first instance. Sunset Travel & Events will provide reasonable assistance where possible.
