Sunset Travel & Events is an independent travel brand specialising in affordable, personalised travel planning. We work with all major tour operators, giving you access to thousands of trusted holiday options worldwide — from family getaways and luxury escapes to city breaks, events, cruises, and more.

We also arrange major sporting events, football trips, and Premier League hospitality packages, with access to excellent prices on premium matchday experiences.

My focus is on trustworthy, friendly and professional service from enquiry to returning home.

Are your holidays protected?

Yes.

All flight-inclusive packages are booked through fully ABTA and ATOL protected tour operators, ensuring complete financial protection and peace of mind.

How do payments work?

All payments are processed securely through the tour operator’s protected booking system.

Once you confirm your holiday, you will receive a secure payment link in a separate email, issued directly by the supplier.

How does the booking process work?

  2. I search trusted suppliers and present the best options

  3. You select your preferred holiday

  4. You receive a confirmation email with all booking details

  5. A secure payment link will be sent in a separate email

  6. You will then receive your confirmation documents

  7. Your full travel documents will be issued closer to departure

All communication and payment links are sent by email for your peace of mind and security.

Do you offer deposits and payment plans?

Yes — many holidays can be secured with a low deposit, and several suppliers offer weekly or monthly payment plans.


All payment details will be clearly shown before you book.

Can I book without a phone call?

Yes — most clients book entirely by email or message.
My process is simple, secure and convenient.

Do you provide support during my trip?

Yes — We provide full support from enquiry through to the day you travel, with continued support until you arrive home.

DOCUMENTS & PROTECTION

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive your confirmation by email as soon as your deposit or full balance is paid.

When will I receive my travel documents?

Typically:

  • Confirmation: Immediately

  • ATOL/ABTA certificate (if included): Immediately

  • Travel documents: Around 1–2 weeks before departure

You will be updated throughout your booking.

CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS & INSTALMENTS

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes — depending on the time of booking, we offer various instalment plans, weekly or monthly payment plans.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary by supplier.
You will always receive full details before confirming a booking.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes — Sunset Travel & Events can arrange travel insurance through an approved insurance partner.

You’ll receive a secure link to compare cover options and purchase directly from the provider.

Can I book theatre tickets through you?

Yes — We offer access to official West End and UK theatre tickets using a secure booking link.

Do you offer attraction tickets?

Yes — We work with reputable, approved attraction ticket partners.
All tickets and payments are processed securely through the supplier’s platform.

Do you offer sports travel and hospitality packages?

Yes — including:

Can I book hospitality without travel?

Yes — hospitality tickets can be booked on their own, or combined with hotel stays and travel arrangements.

Do you help with group bookings?

Yes — including families, friends, stag/hen groups, school holidays, and large travel parties. Do you arrange UK breaks?

Do you arrange UK Breaks?

Absolutely — including UK hotels, spa getaways, theatre breaks, Christmas markets, and football hospitality trips.
